This clinic will focus on power skating for 40 minutes and shooting for 20 minutes. The power skating component will consist of improving athlete stride length, frequency and quickness along with edge work and transitions. The shooting portion will focus on proper techniques while using various shot selections and repetitions. Limited to 18 skaters – U13 and older.
