High-Performance Camp

Elevate your Game with the Trail Smoke Eaters High-Performance Camp. An all-inclusive prep camp for players who have the desire to enhance their hockey training and prepare for elite-level hockey opportunities. This camp will introduce players to methods and techniques used at higher levels of hockey and is for players looking to take a step toward the next level of competition.

Players will have on-ice sessions 2x daily (10 hours of ice). Practices will be a mixture of individual skill development, positional play, and full-ice team tactics. Players will have 4 hours of daily fitness training focusing on flexibility, agility, and strength exercises.
Players will take part in Empowerment Sessions building on leadership, character and team concepts in conjunction with guest speakers who will address the group on the different pathways and challenges players will face as they progress in hockey.

COST: $589 plus tax
FORMAT: 10 hours of ice, 4 hours of fitness training, group activity and empowerment sessions
INCLUDED: Trail Smoke Eaters practice jersey and t-shirt
MEAL PLAN: $85 plus tax for the meal plan (includes morning snack and lunch each day of camp). Skaters are not required to purchase a meal plan. If they do not purchase a meal plan, skaters will be required to bring their snacks and lunch each day.
