Trail, British Columbia (February 25th, 2022) – The Trail Smoke Eaters are excited to announce the commitment of goaltender Teagan Kendrick for the 2022/23 BCHL season.
Kendrick, from St. Albert, Alberta, plays in the Alberta Elite Hockey League (AEHL) with the St. Albert U18 AAA Raiders. In 21 games this season the 6’3″ netminder has a 2.67 GAA and a 0.917 SV% with two shutouts. Kendrick has also appeared in two games for the Whitecourt Wolverines of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL), winning both his games and posting a 1.44 GAA and a 0.955 SV%. “I am honoured to become a Smoke Eater and live in the close knit hockey town of Trail. The Smoke Eaters are excited to welcome Teagan and his family to the Smoke Eaters organization, the City of Trail and the BCHL. We look forward to him joining us in the fall for the 2022/23 season.
