Trail, British Columbia (December 1st, 2022) – The Trail Smoke Eaters have made a trade with the Bonnyville Pontiacs of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL), for the playing rights of forward Ty Hurley and future considerations in exchange for 20-year-old netminder Cole Tisdale.
Hurley, currently playing in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Seattle Thunderbirds, is an 18-year old forward from Sherwood Park, Alberta.
The Smoke Eaters would like to thank Cole Tisdale for his contributions and time spent in Trail. We wish him the best in Bonnyville and in his hockey future.
