If you have been selected to be a contestant for an upcoming Intermission Contest, please read the On Ice Contest Procedure document and print and sign the Waiver of Liability. Please bring signed waiver with you at check in at the Smokies Office on game day. If contestant is under the age of 19, they will need a signature of a parent.
