The Trail Smoke Eaters would like to express sincere condolences to the family and friends of Henry Smith, who passed away this month. “Hurricane Harry” as he was known, was a member of the 1961 Smoke Eaters that brought a second World Championship to Trail. Smith always spoke fondly of the memories and lifelong friendships made in Trail. The Trail Smoke Eaters organization would not be where it is today if not for the incredible achievements of men such as Henry.
