Wakeford Commits to NCAA Div. 1 Brown University for 2021 season
Trail, British Columbia (October 5th, 2020) – The Trail Smoke Eaters are excited to announce that forward Noah Wakeford has earned a NCAA commitment to Brown University for next season.
Wakeford, who was acquired from the Salmon Arm Silverbacks this summer, will be playing NCAA Division one hockey next season. Brown University is an Ivy League school that plays with in the ECAC against teams like Harvard, Yale, Quinnipiac and Princeton. Wakeford, from Okotoks, Alberta, has an impressive 108 points in 150 games in the BCHL.
