Smoke Eaters Welcome New Athletic Trainer
Trail, British Columbia (September 15th, 2021) – The Smoke Eaters are excited to welcome Joseph De Marco as the team’s new athletic trainer.
De Marco, from Bolton, Ontario, joins the Smoke Eaters ahead of the 2021/22 season. Prior to making the move across the country to Trail, he worked at various levels of hockey in the Toronto area. First with the Toronto Nationals AAA from 2011-2016, while he was working with the Nationals, we also worked with the Caledon Golden Hawks Jr. C team from 2012-2014. De Marco also worked with the Barrie Colts of the OHL in 2016/17 as well as a strength and conditioning coach at Milo Athletics in Toronto over the last year.
