TRAIL, B.C. – The Trail Smoke Eaters Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club announced on Monday the schedule for their Interior Division Quarterfinal matchup against the Merritt Centennials which begins on Friday, March 1st.
The Smoke Eaters and Centennials play in the playoffs for the second time in each team’s storied history with Merritt winning the best-of-seven set four games to one back in the 2006 playoffs.
The Interior Division Quarterfinal will get underway on Friday, March 1st with Games #1 and #2 taking place at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena before the scene shifts to the Trail Memorial Centre for Games #3 and #4 beginning on Tuesday, March 5th.

Playoff tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, February 27th and are available for purchase at the Smoke Eaters Main Office located in the Trail Memorial Centre. Pricing remains the same as the regular season.
Playoff Ticket Prices:
Adult/Senior: $14
Youth (6-18): $5
Children 5 years of age and younger: Free entry (Requires ticket for entry)
The Smoke Eaters open the postseason on Friday night in Game #1 of their best-of-seven Interior Division Quarterfinal against the Merritt Centennials. Puck drop is slated for 7:00 PM from the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena with the game being broadcasted live on mixlr.com/trail-smoke-eaters as well as pay-per-view at HockeyTV.com beginning at 6:45 PM with the Voice of the Smoke Eaters, Trevor Miller.
